Try following steps:
- Click File
- Click import/export
- then Export to a file.
- Select Personal folder (pst) as your export type.
- Select the folder you want to export (you may want to move them into a subfolder to make sure you only get the ones you want)
- click next
- save the file to your desktop, or some other place.
You can also refer this:

You can install Outlook, copy the .pst to the Vista computer, open the .pst with Outlook, then you can import into Windows Mail.
Ok, how do you get a Outlook 2003 .pst into Windows Live Mail on Windows 7?
also, how do you get a Outlook 2007 .pst into Windows Live Mail on Windows 7?
I have seen these questions asked over and over, but never a answer, usually totally irrelevant responses.
- Download & install Mailstore Home from http://www.mailstore.com/en/mailstore-home.aspx
- Use Mailstore to open your Outlook.pst file
- Export to "File System" using the eml format
- (Export to a folder such as C:\temp\email)
- In Windows Live Mail use the Import Function
- Select "Windows Mail" format
- Select the folder that you used above as the location for the exported mail messages
Thanks Einstein, I will try it..
Roger
