ICQ 6 Error: Failed to init application object. Code (3)

    Hello,

I have not used ICQ long time now and as the ICQ 6 in english version came out I would go the course immediately fetched. Habs installed and ran it all.
But then I wanted to someday go back on, but on my ICQ has doubleclick does not even respond. It happened just nothing, and I after extensive research on the internet found only sorry enjoyed. but no solution to the problem.
So I've uninstalled and ICQ 6 am on QIP changed, and so I functions as push to talk further, I could use incidentally also had icq 5.1 drauf.

Now I wanted to yet again try my luck again and I downloaded ICQ 6, and have it installed. But since it was already happening again. at the end of the installation, the error message:
    PHP Code:
    Error
    Failed to init application object
    . (Code3
And every time I try to open the ICQ, the same message. I've also tried ICQ in Safe mode to start because I thought that a process could interfere with ICQ but also there came the same message.

Did someone perhaps a solution to this problem? I would be very grateful.

PS: Suggestions for other programs to help me no further. I just want to a solution to my ICQ 6 forward to be able to use !!!!!!!

when I had the problem I have the "whole" internet searches.
I've also in other forums people with the problem found. but never was no solution here. only suggestions for how to reinstall or something.
there is apparently no solution. It does not take either another messenger (5.1 icq, qip; Mirande, Trillian, ...) or to use System Restore backups.

Now I have my new windows Requirements and now everything is running again.
but I am still remained in qip because I've somehow got used to it and I like it better than ICQ 6

It is an error in the ICQ.exe occurred.

This error is by following 3
    Programs causes:
    1. ICQ 5.1
    2. by the Mozilla Firefox browser. This block
    Internet Explorer, Firefox as if
Current is the default browser and
    3. it is up to the program xp anti-spy and
    anti-adware programs. These programs
prevent the service is not loaded
ICQ and so on with adware blocked.

    1. ICQ 5.1 completely from your hard disk
    2. Internet Explorer as default browser
    3. In your firewall, antivirus programs, the execution of Adwareprogrammen ICQ permit. If you have xp-AntiSpy uses the appropriate settings.

    Hope I could help !!!
