You might try setting your IE Options to except cookies.

You said, that when you complete the registration, you get the web page closing information and then appears 'Done'. So it could be that your registration on that web page might have been completed and therefore you get the Done msg window. Check that web page again if your registration have been accepted or not. Some sites implement this feature of closing the web page automatically after registration or after logging out...maybe for security reasons.

The above possibility might be there.
Are you getting such type of message "The Web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close this window?"
    Then you can try this,
Change the settings on your security application to allow HTTP referers. Some security applications are listed below; contact your network administrator to implement these changes or for help with other applications.
If you are running with Norton Internet Security, then try this:
    1. Open Norton Internet Security.
    2. Select Privacy Control -> click Turn Off.
    3. Select Ad Blocking -> click Turn Off.
    4. Exit Norton Internet Security.
    5. Try running that web page again. The message should no longer display.
    6. After you are finished with your session, you can turn Privacy Control and Ad Blocking on in Norton Internet Security.
