Cannot open my mail box.

I cannot open my mail box, it says that the page cannot be displayed. However an error message keeps on popping- up stating that cannot find the server or even shows DNS error. I'm not able to understand the problem. Can any one help me out with this problem?

It might be that you must be trying to log in with all capital letters. Means to say that you must be writing your email id and password with Caps Lock on.

Can you tell me which email client are you using? I would also like to know that which OS are you using?

Try to clear your browser history, cache, cookies and temporary files. Check out the internet connection, whether it gives you good ip address. If you still face the same problem try to contact your internet service provider for the help, he might be able to help you out
