Sending email from selected account like in Outlook Express

Is it possible to have Outlook 2003 act like Outlook Express where the current account that you are in (by viewing any of the folders within that account) is the account that email will be sent from?

It is somewhat troublesome to continually choose which account to send from, regardless of which account you are currently viewing. Strangely Outlook Express handles this without issue, in addition to its ability to correctly place freshly sent emails into the respective Sent Items folder.

I use Outlook 2003 with 3 accounts connected via IMAP.

Thanks for any insight you may have.

No. Outlook will send replies or forwards by the same account as the incoming message, but for new messages, if you want something other than the default, you must specify it.
