I just browse the sites of manufacturers and I have the impression that the problem is vista 64.... I found Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Tuner Kit Vista that runs on vista 32, but that's all....

TV tuner is similar to Movie recording device, where you will add your TV cable and can watch movie on your PC as TV also can record high definition movie files from the TV channels. This is my understanding.
