MSN Audio & Video Chat Problem

It happens Frequently when I do a video and audio chat with someone on MSN, the sound goes up and down all rapidly at the bottom of the screen and it is quite boring ...

I wonder if I could solve this problem and if so, how?

Sorry, but I do not know where that problem may occur. Any chance, if you are using wireless keyboard and mouse, trying Doing a test using wired Keyboard Mouse.

1. Uninstall all your installed codec packs
2. Download the latest sound driver for your sound card
3. Uninstall your current driver and replaces it with one that you downloaded.

I was having the same problems but i have no idea how to do that can u help? Give me the step by step?
