Internet connection interruption !

hello
From past few days my Internet connection getting cut after a few minutes connection when I restarts the computer after it works for a few mins it gets cut. I changed my browser (IE and Firefox), cleaned the disk, virus scan, defragmented the disk, uninstalled the anti virus, disabled the firewall and the also always the same result. I tested my connection with a laptop and it works fine. someone help me?

may be your Ethernet card is of no use now. just what you need to do now is uninstall driver for your Ethernet card and Wi-Fi and download the fresh drivers for them from respective site and then install them. Hope your connections will start working and if not then consult some hardware specialist. Good luck.
