As you said you downloaded the latest version, if you have downloaded and installed then see your browser's settings. Browsers have settings for Java, and is in default configuration Java plug-in.
Thanks for your reply. The issue is that in "Advanced Options" of the Explorer, I do not find any such option. Could anyone shed more light on it!
Why not! Go to Control Panel and double click on "Java".
Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\MacRoman\Flash
It is the most secure, because this type of error happens more in IE than in Firefox.
Here you will find an executable file called FlashUtil9d.exe. Open it and you will be asked for permission to update the flash player. If you give it correctly, then it tells you that you have to reboot the system.
