Message window-MS "IE must be closed"

Win had XP/SP2/IE 7

When selecting different Web sites that includes Microsoft's browser, with the message: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to be closed" or "Internet Explorer has a problem with an add-on and needs to be closed."
The problem for me is new and occurs only been a short time on what to do?

In Internet Explorer Tools menu - Manage Add-ons - add-ons, enable or disable - the add-on mark and below under "settings" you can use the add-on to disable.
In the Control Panel - "software" (or "Programs and Features") - [this toolbar] - uninstall.
