If I were in Firefox 3.0 on "Add Bookmark" button, so nothing happens. How can I get a window, where I can choose under which category I would like to insert new bookmarks? Thank you.

In "Add Bookmark" or CTRL + D is normally a window in which you can specify the folder.
Otherwise Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks (CTRL + Shift + B)
PS: FF 3.0.3 is currently
