Message "Your IP is part of ipfilter.dat"

Hi,

Prior to connect to a server that left me a message:

"ERROR (Server Name) Your IP is part of ipfilter.dat"

what do you mean?

that means that your ip is part of ipfilter.dat, go to your ip address is within the IPFilter txt, which in theory should bone block your ip, or that's what I think.
