Presently it is not possible to share webcams with Google talk.
if Google wants to stay in to competitive chat program, It should give people the means of communication like sharing webcam within friends andfamily.

Google is working on Webcam project,And i also heard that they are planning to launch it in next year.you can use yahoo,skype or paltalk for webcam chat.
