My parents block sites by host and would like to unlock one of these sites

no you are taking it wrong my mom she block a game site it is not a''porno'' site a site where well known .
she did not use any program to do that. what I do please respond ?

To unblock a website
1-click on START
2-run
3-type cmd in run
4-a black square will prompt you aparraitre typing ping and the website you want to unblock
youtube example: you marque ping www.youtube.com
ip will then apparaitre in the case of youtube its resemblance to: 208.65.153.253
5-open a web page
6-in search bar mark the ip

ok here is what you do....open up your command prompt. type "ping (enter website name here)" you should see a bunch of numbers something like this "173.23.56.146" not exactly like that but you notice it. that number arrange ment is the ip address of the website. mark it press enter then paste in the address bar, or type it in the address bar. this should get you in. if not let me know and i'll give you another solution.

Steps are same for every website. Did you tried the steps given by Birdie ? If not, try it. Just replace Youtube with Facebook in your case. Also, you can use proxy sites like atunnel.come to access facebook on restricted network connection.
