need 2 files decoded different kind of encoding

hey guys, I am need of 2 files decoded. it is in base64_decode but its something different which I haven't seen. I'd can pay if its that difficult.

Why don't you try some of online decoders. I will not say they will give you advance help, but to an extent it is fine and the results is acceptable. One of the decoder which I used sometime ago is Monas php decoder. Download this simple file and try the same.
