IP Ban & Un Ban script.. or solution

Bit of an odd one...

My customers site is based in Spain, and the customer is based there too...

He has asked me to ban all spanish visitors to the site as his customers are from everywhere except there.

I have done this by adding all spanish IP addresses in the HTACCESS file.

In effect, this has now banned his own IP which is not static. So he is having to access via an anonymous server/go between.

Is there any way that we let him get access to the site maybe by pressing some sort of secret button (remember the film THE NET? lol) any suggestions and scripts would be awesome

CAnt you just remove the spanish IP addresses in the HTACCESS file? It will unban all the every ip address but will also unban the site owners ip address. Then download a software called BeeThink IP Blocker that can ban 'bad' IP addresses and protects P2P users' computer from unauthorized searches instigated by private agencies and corporations. It keeps safe when using P2P programs such as Limewire, Emule, Vuze, uTorrent.

He doesn't use any torrent/p2p programs. I can't block a list of bad ip, as his own changes daily...

I would like an option where he could type in his own ip address into a form window which will unblock that ip say for 24 hours?

You can easily block country IP addresses withBeeThink IP Blocker. It can be successfully used by website administrators on Windows servers machines ( Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, Windows 7, Vista, both in 32 bits and 64 bits ) , in a production environment, to easily ban traffic from whole countries. Users can simply download Apache's .htaccess files which can be easily downloaded from a lot of websites and then import the .htaccess files.
