How to run VB 6.0 without logging into windows

I am a B.Sc. IT student and I have VB 6.0 in my syllabus. So, I have installed the software in my pc. As I am very studious person I don’t like to waste time. So, whenever I switch on my pc, all I do is work on VB. There are not a lot of activities I do other than working on VB. So, I would like my pc to be dedicated to VB just as I am. For this I want my VB 6.0 application to start automatically when I start my pc without logging into windows. Someone please suggest me a solution for this problem.

I see why you need to start VB as soon as you start your pc. You can schedule any desired application you want and make it appear as soon as you start your pc. You can follow these simple steps:
    1. Click on the Start button.
    2. Open Control Panel
    3. Now, open Performance and Maintenance.
    4. Click on Schedule Task option.
    5. Add Schedule Task.
    6. Now, browse the application you need to run (VB 6.0 in your case).
    7. Select the option, “Perform this task”
    8. Finally, add the Admin Credentials.

There is also another way to run VB 6.0 during the startup. Follow these steps:
    • Click on the Start button.
    • Go to Run.
    • Type “GPEDIT.MSC” in the command prompt.
    • Now, expand Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Scripts.
    • Double click Startup and browse for VB 6.0.
    • You may also need to create a batch file to do this.

Re: How to run VB 6.0 without logging into windows

I tried following the above two methods but was not successful. I needed a solution urgently, so I tried searching on the internet for some appropriate solutions. While I was searching, I found a very useful and effective application named, “Auto power on and shutdown.exe”. I downloaded and installed it in my pc. When I ran this application on my pc, I was able to run any number of applications without even logging into the windows user account. So, I selected my VB 6.0 as the application that I would like to run during the startup.
