The best i can recommend you is nothing but to go with the iMovie software which is having the ability to make and convert the Video. This is the best software for editing of video i have ever used. I will advise you to go with the same and see whether you like it or not. Another one that i can recommend you is Digital Studio 2010. This is all i have for the editing of movie.

You can make the video in flash or nero or any video making software and then you can upload in youtube by just a login. Or you can also make a video with your camera or phone and then save your videos on your computer and login to youtube.com and then easily upload the video on to that website. It is a very simple process.
