How to reset password for feature 983

How can I change the password for feature 983 back to the default? I am working with a high school in my area that has a NAM device on their 0x32 system. When we try to enter the administration, the password is not working (1021000, 1020000, 1021111 tried). Whereas i was pretty sure that the it has the same password. The passwords have not been changed, but now all the voice mailboxes have been locked out. So it would be much better if someone suggest me how to Reset the Password.

I have the same problem with F983, but I found the way To reset the password, you need to Press "MBOX". then go for Pressing "CHNG".In the mailbox number there you wish to reset. Then Press "Reset". There after Press "Rls" to exit (orange button to the right of the number buttons). and if you are unable to reset the password then the Default password will be "0000".

Resetting a password is readily available from the administrative mailbox. The system administrator has the passwords to get into admin. From there they can reset that mailbox password back to default. Then you can get into the mailbox using that default password. Each system comes with documents that you should have tucked away somewhere. This particular change is within the voicemail, thus you'd refer to the Flash administrator guide.

If your admin logins are still at the default value, you'd access by Feature 984 + 120000 if you use 2-digit extension numbers OR 1020000 if you use 3-digit extensions. Thus it helps in a large scale to eliminate a leading source of help desk calls and associated expenses by automating password resets and account unlocks thereby optimizing employee productivity. Press soft key for mailbox then key for change then enter mailbox then press reset passcode soft key. This will revert passcode to default value of 0000.You can now log into into the formerly locked mailbox.
