    Faulting application sqlagent90.exe

I am getting an error on multiple servers due to which SQL Agent terminates unexpectedly. The following is the error information.

    Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error
    Faulting application sqlagent90.exe, version 2005.90.2047.0, stamp 443f5c88,
faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.2756, stamp 44c60f39, debug?
    0, fault address 0x00015e02.

Has anyone else faced such kind of a problem ? please help....
    kindly give any suggestions....

Well, I was in contact with the Microsoft on the issue, but the Agent never created a SQLAGENT.1 file so they can't tell why it terminated.

I am also getting the same error in which the SQL server agent terminates itself and then replication doesn't start. I want to ask is there anyway to keep replication working in the event the sql agent termination ?

I have seen the error messages like this, normally when binary data gets
into char or text columns. Check the rows of the base table to see whether there are any garbage characters there.
