    Follow the below steps mention.

    1) Try to open up the IIS Management Console (MMC).
    2) Then try to Right-click on the server name, and then click on Properties.
    3) Then under Master WWW Service, you need to click on Edit.
    4) Then click on the Home Directory tab.
    5) Then try to click on Configuration.
    6) Then you need to click on the App Debugging tab.
    7) Now, you need to click on the following check boxes:
    • Enable ASP server-side script debugging
    • Enable ASP client-side script debugging

    8) Then click on Apply, and then you need to click on OK three times. This returns you to the MMC.

NOTE: After you click Apply, a dialog box may prompt you to apply these changes at the Web site level or the virtual directory level. If you receive this dialog box, click Select All, and then click OK.

Have you installed Microsoft visual studio on your computer? And what kind of burner and software for the burner had installed on your system?
