Problems with guestbook

Hello, I have a small problem with the script Guestbook. I have installed on the PC Apache 2.5 and php mysql but does not work. When launching gadmin.php, in addition to table Data Entry, I also appear onscreen. How can I fix this? If you can send an e-mail with the image of the screen, i will be thankful.

You know the problem is that I probably tested the script (which is to rewrite, and will soon be released but a very much more light and functional) only on altervista.

But you plan to use only locally?

No. I want to use on the web, enough to me a script with multiple logins and pass even without registration but to understand something missing when you know the basics. Thank you.
