Can someone explain "Extra Registry Settings" to me? GPMC and RSOP?

I am facing trouble with some set of policies on SBS. There are some new policies like SyncForegroundPolicy. This is located under extra registry settings. I need some help to find this out. It is not listed and I am not able to enable or disable. When I enable it it stuck on Wait for Network. What does this means. It looks the set of extra settings are bit buggy on windows server. What can done here.

It is a limitation of GP editors. That is the reason you are not allowed to do maximum changes. You have to ensure that the adm files are not really required but playing with gpo settings can generate more errors. The ADMX files are mostly stored in the Central Store and there are other more group policies listed. There are also set of tools which are needed to manage the configuration. You will need a set of documentation to deal with the same.
