VPN error 721 on single workstation only

I am facing issue with vpn connectivity. There is a single user only who is facing the problem. While others are able to connect. There are around 15 workstations on the network. There are also some mobile users. I think the problem lies with pc configuration. There are chances that a basic config can really help. I had tried to turn off firewall and other security application. But still getting the same kind of issue. The system just freezes on the configuration.

It can be due to the hardware that you are using. A number of time when different users try to connect to the vpn you get this kind of issues. It is necessary that you must first disable all the security stuff and then check back. It would be working fine. There can be antivirus, applications like windows defender, etc which are cause the problem. In Windows Vista, firewall is one of the most annoying thing and it just does not goes away.
