Removing a user in SBS 2003 and exchange

I need help to get rid of a user from SBS 2003 Premium. I am not able to work on the same. I had tried here to get rid of Home Folder but still it is not working. I am facing issue with Outlook Contacts. I want some help here. How to get rid of a user from SBS 2003 and Exchange completely. In my office people leave constantly and so I have to delete their accounts. I had tried but still I can see some user accounts in the list. Any idea what I am missing.

If you are talking about mailbox then it is possible to get rid of the same. For that you will just need to right click on the mail box and choose purge. That's all. The mail box will be remote. The other issue lies with non update of Global Address List. This happens if the user cache mode is enabled and you get such kind of problem. You must simply try to update the address list in offline mode and then check back.
