Exchange Issue

Ok, I am totally stumped on this.

Running SBS 2003 SP2 - With Blackberry Enterprise running
I have DHCP running.
Static IP is 64.183.217.242.
Port forwarding SMTP on Router to Server Dyn. Address 192.168.1.105
Running workstation WXP with Outlook.

Everything was fine until today. Server went off line last night and this afternoon I rebooted it and got it up and running. Now for some reason beyond my knowledge my Exchange Server isn't sending me my e-mail. Now this is what I have looked into.

I am able to ping my static IP just fine and ping my mail server
I have my MX and A records set up correctly
I can send out left and right np.
I can send out e-mails from my handheld np.

But if I try and send something to my address or any address for that matter I get a nothing. I don't even get a bounce back, well, it's only been two hours. I have looked at my event veiwer and this is showing up.

I am totally at a loss is to what is going on, any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by saying that you can send out left and right with no problems, you are sending from where? The only BES account we have had 2 troubleshooting steps. Does Outlook send and receive both internally and from external sources? If yes then that means the information store is up. So, open BES manager.

To answer your first question. I can send e-mail to my gmail internet account from my workstation using Outlook through my Exchange server and my gmail account gets the message. If I reply back from gmail to the message it never shows up in my Outlook on my workstation connected to exchange. The messages I send out via my Outlook show up on my Blackberry 8700 as being sent. I can also send out a message from my 8700 Blackberry and get the same results. I have run the ExBPA and ExTRA programs, but I don't see anything that really just jumps out at me, but I am not for sure exactly what I should be looking for.

You can try to test your Exchange server outside the network using the link given below. If you are not able to telnet run through the SBS Management Console connect to the internet wizard.

I am able to Telnet using port 25 from my desktop. Everything test out ok. Using Telnet I was able to "mail from:admin@test.com"....Sender OK. However, "rcpt to:myaddress@ie2architects.com" I get a - 501 5.5.4 Invalid Address

When you reviewed your user properties you see that address in your email addresses tab? Inside of Exchange System Manager you see that address listed in recipient policies?
