Exchange - Undeliverable - Reverse DNS

I need some help to work with dns server on sbs. I am getting an undeliverable message while sending a mail to recipient. I am trying to configure SMTP communication here. But somehow the recipient email server is having some kind of issue with the connection. The error is : <pyramidpack.com #5.5.0 smtp;554 Refused. Your reverse DNS entry contains your IP address and a country code.>. I tried to search this error on google but there is nothing mentioned about it. Any idea about the same. Thanks.

It looks that the remote website is trying to apply some kind of analysis to the PTR record. Due to which you are getting the issue. It is also associated with your public ip. It is a bit outdated today but somehow it is complicated and allow you to deal with spam. The best thing to do here is to have a same kind of mx record so that the ISP can also work properly.
