Increase database size limit to 75GB in Exchange

When I checked the SBS Premium 2003 then it was mentioning the database size limit which was not 75gb for Exchange. I testerd the database and it maxed out at only 16gb. I cannot see a way to configure Exchange to increase the database size to 75gb like it was mentioned. Can anyone please help me to achieve it? Thanks.
