Exmerge permissions?

I had gone through many post on to fix the permission issue with Exmerge. But it looks that the same is not working well. I am not able to get the same right. I had tried a n umber of time to configure exmerge but somehow it fails to work fine. I am also trying to find out some documentation that can provide more detail on the entire process. I hope there would be any option available that would really work well. There is a permission error only.

There are some set of link that can guide you. The best place to find information on the same is to check out KB article of Microsoft. It has detailed information on what you are looking for. First of all you can try to reboot the server and then see whether other settings are resolved or not. There are two links below that can help you to read the settings.
