Terminal server exeeded the maximum number of allowed connections

I am using VPN on Windows SBS 2003. I am trying to connect to remote desktop here but somehow it is not working. I am getting a constant error message on the screen saying that The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections. I need some help here to deal with the issue. It is really complicated to find any error solution on SBS 2003. It was working quiet well from long time and now this new proper started. I had never seen any error. Can anyone guide me about this problem.

It looks like something related to administrative session. If there are multiple session active then this kind of error appears. You will need to connect to the console session first. You can use Start . Run box for the same. Just type mstsc -v:servername /F -console. Here you will need to add the name or ip address of server. Using IP address is more better as it gives you correct connectivity. Once you get connected you will need to modify the properties. You can do that on the terminal service connection and then check back.
