SBS 2003 R2 Cannot Access http://companyweb from server

A couple of weeks ago, something changed on our server and I am not able to judge what exactly has changed, but I am not able to access http://companyweb while on the server. I am able to go to any desktop on out network and type in http://companyweb and it appears as well. I can go to the server and type in http://companyweb and a username and password sign in with any credentials. The same credentials work on any desktop. But after some tries I receive the below error message:

You are not authorized to view this page. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

    Please try the following:

Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view this directory or page. Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials. HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. Internet Information Services (IIS)

I checked at the event log from the Server Management >> Monitoring and Reporting >> View Event Logs but cant find any errors or warnings relating to this issue? I have also re-run the wizards but there is no change. When I checked at the Sharepoint and all the permissions look like they are correct. I was wonderinf if this is SQL related. I dont remember changing anything in SQL Server management. Can anyone suggest me what else should I look into. Thanks.

When you use Internet Explorer to access the http://companyweb Web site from a server that is running Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Service Pack 2, you may be prompted to provide your credentials. After you provide your credentials and then click OK for the third time, you receive the following error message: HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized. To solve this issue, you can follow the suggestions given on this website - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/961143

RE: **SOLVED** RE: SBS 2003 R2 Cannot Access http://companyweb from se

Yes, when you will download and install the kb961143 update then it will automatically enable the Kerberos authentication on the SharePoint Web site. So follow the reply given in the above post to solve your issue.
