Companyweb, RWW/.NET Problems - PLEASE HELP!!

The problem started at a customer site when the site admin installed the .NET 3.5 update. The company web had webpart errors so I found a ms article that said to uninstall NET 3.5, .NET 3.0, and .NET 2 then reinstall .NET 2 SP1. I did that, but after that I started getting error that states "Server Error in '/' Application" when trying to access the companyweb. Can anyone tell me how to fix this error? Thanks.

I am sorry because I forgot to tell you that this is a SBS 2003 Standard version which is fully patched. Thanks

I had a similar problem and I solved it by changing the web.config file I found it was referencing a line that doesnt even exist in a working SBS 2003 machine. I then took the web.config file from a known good machine and put it on the broke machine and that solved the case for me. Hope this works for everyone.

What are you talking about? Can you be please more specific as to what is the main problem or solution you are referring to? Normally, when you say that it is a Trend problem then did you mean that the Trend Online Virus Scan is a problem with the OP that is needed to be uninstalled or so? Hopefully you can be more explainable.
