HTTP SSL services problem

One of the SBS 2003 Server in my network i snot able to start the HTTP SSL service. I cannot find the reason behind that. It was working well and there was no issue with it. But somehow the WWW Publishing service did not start at all. The error log reflect problem with Service Control Manager. I checked on web for solution on the same but could not find any better option. It is a bit annoying and I am also not happy with it. Does there is any working solution that can really work.

Try to reboot your server and then see. The service might fail to load on the startup due to which you are facing the problem. If you are getting a EVENT error then it indicate that HTTP SSL service fails to start. You have to go in service and check whether it is configured on auto mode to work or not. Run msconfig and click on services tab. Select hide all microsoft services. Then disable all the startup items and check again. After reboot it must be restored to normal.
