VPN connect error 691 help

My setup has SBS R2 with ISA 2004 installed on the same. There is a router connected with PPTP. I am trying to use CIECW to create VPN connection but somehow I am getting a error at the end. I am not able to establish a secure connection here. The error that I am getting on the screen is 691. I am not able to understand why the error simply appear. I want to create a vpn tunnel for other users and allow them login details. There are also mobile users which will be accessing the server. How can I get a proper logon authentication.

Try to run remote access wizard and then check out how it really works. The error that you are getting is due to invalid login details. You will need to re-verify the account once more and then check back whether things are fine or not. It is important that all your login details must be appropriate or else you would face the same error again and again. Just one more time check the login details and check back whether it is working or not. First check the internet connection then verify the network settings and in last you have to open a port under firewall to allow proper access.
