Configuring ISA access rule for ESET NOD 32

I want to create a firewall access rule to allow client workstation to update virus definitions for ESET for NOD32 3.0. If I am trying to update then ISA prevents connecting to ESET server and downloading virus definitions. The current server configuration is SBS 2003 Premium with SP1 and 2 nics, Exchange 2003 SP2, ISA 2004, all workstations are XP SP2, ESET Nod32. The update work is fine on a stand alone computer and not connected to SBS 2003 domain. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Can you tell us whether Nod32 secure proxy aware? If it does not have a space to put credentials and also proxy information, then consider it as a non proxy aware application and leave all proxy info blank. The firewall client will then sit like it is. You should not have to change any SBS ISA rule to allow HTTP downloads from a client application. The remaining rules all such case, as long as either such applications are secure proxy aware, or you have the firewall client installed.

Thank you for responding, yes, the eset is proxy aware. It has a setup option to detect the proxy server. It finds Server1 at port 8080, client workstation has firewall turned off and a firewall exception entry for eset. I have tried the credentials for the client workstations user account and tried Eset's registered user name and password given by Eset but I still cannot download virus updates. I am able to download other files from the internet to the workstations, but not Eset.

Update: After once I added the Eset's *.eset.com to 'ISA firewall policy MS Update Site Access rule" then I was able to update the virus definitions again. Thanks for the help.
