Manually Add Hotfix to WSUS?

I just want to know if it is possible to add hotfix to WSUS content list manually rather form Microsoft Update Catalog using Import option? actually i am having a patch which is not available on Microsoft Update Catalog. It is not publicly available as well and i am willing to add it manually but i am not sure if doing that is possible or not. any ideas?

I will like to inform you that if it is not available on Microsoft Update Catalog than you wont be able to add this hotfix on your WSUS. There is no way of adding it manually currently.
