There are many updates that are displayed with no status, so I am unable to get any useable overview. I am also not able to see which update is really installed or needed, can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Can you tell us from how long is it been since the Server was installed or Upgraded? Also let us know when was the last time that the clients contacted the Server? Thanks.
You might be getting that till the clients self update and do another detection. When you look in one of the clients windowsupdate.log then are you able to see what the client version is like, for example - 7.0.6000.374 or something?
Let me describe the problem once again. There are many computers with me that have installed all the updates. I am able to see, if I look on status of computers, and it is proper, but the status of Updates is:
The first part is telling that the updates are required that seems to be fine. The second part is telling that the updates are without status. When I checked under option then the updates installed is 0.
I have solved the issue by deleting one computer that had not contacted my WSUS for a long time and suddenly after that I got all the right status. Actually, I think that the server cleanup option will be also able to help us do this automatically.
