result code: 80244019

This error is happening with 15 or more updates with our WSUS server. I have approved the updates on the WSUS console but the updates are not downloading to the server itself. The client machines are trying to download the updates from WSUS but they dont seem to be on WSUS? Below is a log file that you can check out:

If the client machines cant detect the update unless it was first downloaded successfully to the server then the issue would be that the files were downloaded successfully but deleted from the server's file system. You can try to run the "wsusutil reset" on the WSUS server to refresh the content store.

Are you by any chance using a proxy server?

Thanks for the replies, I tried it out what you said but it seems to me that the updates have not been downloaded again. When I checked the logs then they are still trying to download a file that is not on the WSUS server. Any other suggestion would be welcomed.
