Office XP SP3 install error 8024002D

I have been trying to install office XP sp3 and i am getting an error 8024002D every time. I don't know what that means, i have never faced such error before. Is there anything i need to check out??

It seems as if it is looking for install media at client. If that's the case then you can avoid it by enabling option for using Express update on WSUS Synchronization Options screen. Doing that will allow downloading of Office "full" updates and it wont look for installation media. Just try it out and let me know if that's helping, if you have any query further than feel free to ask.
