I don't think there is any trick to download unlimited on Reliance Netconnect broadband. I got news from friends that very soon reliance will launch unlimited plan.

On 4 mbps plan you will get minimum 1 Mbps download speed. but that depends on ISP. Reliance also providing 10 Mbps plan go for that. On reliance you will get 2 to 3 mbps download speed.

Acer Aspire One will come around Rs. 19,000. This is good for study purpose.
