Thanks for the help Bower. I checked my Add and Remove programs, there is nothing named gadgetbox or anything similar. Even I dint found any extension or plugin with the name in my Chrome browser....

Go to C/Windows/Assembly
Rename Assembly Directory Folder to Assembly2
Repair .NETframework v4.0 using repair tool
Once you are done with the repairing task, restart your system...
