Oddly enough, I have a Microsoft Outlook icon on my desktop and it's when I click on that that I get the OLMapi32.dll error. But when I go to try to uninstall Outlook it does not appear in the list!!...

I was mistaken in my original message: it was OLMapi32.dll not Mapi32.dll. OLMapi32.dll is nowhere to be found on my machine!!
