It might be that your router is filtering your ActiveX.
Go to your router administration page, then security, and then un-check the box which says 'Filter...

Make sure that your hardware options are correct re: ActiveX
Go into your router admin apge, then got to your Security tab and under there amke sure that ActiveX filtering is switched 'off'.
