    Pico Power Emergency Phone Charger

Pico Power Emergency Phone Charger offers up to 3 hrs of battery power in case of emergency. It is a very portable charger loaded with 900mAh battery. So in case if you feel that your charging will not last long you can carry Pico Power with you. There are ample of portable chargers in the market that can cost a good amount of money. Compare to them Pico Power is bit cheaper. The emergency charger features a thin micro usb connector at one side. You just have to connect the charger to the tablet or mobile phone and done. Your phone can gain a few hours of more battery life within sometime. It works similar to regular charger. The only difference is that it holds up to 3hrs of power in the battery once charged fully. It can be charge through pc also. Due to small in size it is much easier to carry. You can keep it in your pocket. There is not additional connectivity options provided which makes this charger a straight forward option for Smartphone. It works only for those devices that feature a thin micro usb charging slot. Also it does not work on that device that does not support USB charging. WE had tried to find any additional accessories that would help us to use this on other devices also. But nothing is found. So you cannot use it for devices like Nokia or iPhone.

    Features:
    • 3 hrs Talktime
    • Built-in 900 mAh lithium polymer battery
    • Adds up to 3 hours talk time
    • LED power indicator
    • Built-in micro USB tip for use with all micro USB compatible phones

Re: Pico Power Emergency Phone Charger

The body is extremely small. It can be just bigger than a match box. That’s all. There is nothing on the body except two led indicators. The first lies to the micro usb connector. When you connect any device to the charger it glows in blue. And the second lies to towards the backside charging port. It remains red if there is not enough power left in the charger. The charging connector which is used for other devices lies on the front side. While the charging port for charging Pico Power lies on the back. An usb cable is provided in package. Along with a decent battery output, the charger is also capable of holding charged current for long time. I had kept it for more than 4 days full charged in my bag and after also the power is not drained out. It is one of the common bugs with travel chargers. Because at some point you will find that it is not giving you maximum charge output as expected. As per the specification the charger is capable of holding the charger for around 15 months. So to some point it becomes a life saver when you need to charge your phone.

    Conclusion

There are some bigger chargers also available with more battery capacity. But if you are looking for a portable device that simply lies hidden somewhere in your pocket then Pico Power is best. We had even tested the same on some tablet pc. Where the output was good. It works as expected. Due to single connector available for charging devices the usage is limited. As I said before that you cannot use it with other devices. While some travel chargers offers you a various type of pin sets that you can use on different devices. Also Pico Emergency Power charger does not land on much costly product line. It lies at a reasonable range. It cost around Rs.899 and portable charger available in the market is more costly than this.

    Pros
    • Portable Design
    • Lightweight
    • 15 Months Charge Disposable time
    • 3 Hours battery output

    Cons
    • MicroUSB charging connector Only
