Mechanical keyboard still offers best accuracy compared to regular gaming keyboards. CMStorm offers a mid range mechanical gaming keyboard. I always found mechanical keyboard more comfortable compared to the regular ones. As they offer a much better responsive timing and key press comfort. But annoying noise is sometime not good. Ignoring that, Quick Fire Pro is a nice full fledge mechanical keyboard which features Mechanical Cherry MX Switches. This is a mid range gaming keyboard. The keyboard’s layout is specifically designed to give maximum comfort for gaming only. It does not have unnecessary black lit on every key. The back light is only provided on required gaming keys. They are divided into three modes which is Gaming cluster (WASD + Arrow keys) and Extended Gaming Cluster (QWERASDFZXC + Arrow Keys + 12345+ F1toF4). And in third mode the keys are turned off. You can simply hit the FN keys that replace the right context menu key on the board, and press F4 to choose the mode you want. This mode does not make any changes in the key; it just turns on the back light on. Quick Fire Pro features easy to remove keys. You just have to drag them up and you can check out the dome below that has a spring support due to which the pouncing rate is awesome.
It offers a comfortable typing and instant response timing with different customization keys on the body itself. Mechanical keyboard are always a costly hardware. But still they are surviving and giving best in gaming. For those who love accuracy, wide layout, typing comfort and custom key profile, Quick Fire Pro is a complete package for them. The right context key is removed from it and that is annoying while work. But for gaming those keys are never required. The keys are not silent. When you hit them there is a click sound that comes continuously when you are hitting a key.

Quick Fire Pro is a big keyboard, which can consume a nice space on your desk. The dimension (inch LxWxH) is 17.8x6.1x1.2 which makes it bit bigger in size and the weight is around 1300g. It is a heavy keyboard with awesome layout and looks. It may not feature complete back light keys, but the partial back light are easy to identify gaming keys. With full N-Key Rollover support, Quick Fire Pro is capable of giving you instant response time. N-Key Rollover is highlighted as a prime feature of many gaming keyboard. This allows a distinct quality to the keyboard hardware that knows which key you are hitting while using others. That reduces the response time to great extent. Along with this it features 1ms polling rate. Polling rate is just a process which tells the pc what is pressed. That means if you hit a key within 1ms the pc knows the command and performs action. This is an important aspect for gaming. Partial LED is smarty design giving you highlights of only those keys that are required, so that other keys do not disturb much. Below you can see two different images of this LED light.
