Harry Potter is back in theaters for us to share his sixth year of study at Hogwarts. As usual, the sorcerer's apprentice the opportunity to make a little detour on the side of the world of video games. The new episode of his adventures takes the same principle as its predecessor by allowing you to wander freely in the famous school of magic.
Little Harry is growing fast and we are already adapting its sixth year of study at Hogwarts. It readily admits that the games that preceded it were not all of equal quality. One could blame such episode to the last date of lacking a bit of action but ultimately the book which he was fired is also certainly the least nervous of the series. The Order of the Phoenix, however, proposed a new attractive: players can now roam in the corridors of the school of magic. Lovers of the series will be delighted to find the same freedom of movement in the Half-Blood Prince.
This sixth year at Hogwarts begins under dark auspices: the return of Voldemort is no longer any doubt and both sides are preparing for a confrontation that is sure to be inescapable. The situation is quite serious for Dumbledore decides to give some lessons to Harry. Despite the turmoil of life at the school seems to quietly follow its course to a small difference: it is now that Severus Snape will finally be the class of defense against the forces of evil. The professor of potions is therefore a certain Horace Slughorn, an old familiar places ... This change allows head to Harry to take the taste of potions. It is also incredible progress in the annotations following a mysterious Half-Blood Prince has left on the old manual that he has lent.
That we take into account the films or books, successive episodes of Harry Potter go to a public increasingly mature. Video games do not seem to follow the same trend. It remains to discover a few patches here and there, but they are hidden in a much coarser than the mysteries of the previous opus. You will still sometimes play the wand on your environment to repair or make objects levitate others. These will always be handled with the dexterity of your right stick shifter.
Finally the main changes can be counted on a greenhouse hippogriffe. The first of these is the possibility of potions. Simply follow a recipe that is to say to the ingredients that you said, to mix when you stated and heat as much as you indicate. It is the color of the preparation that you will know when it is ready. The exercise is devilishly repetitive and limited. The second concerns the new combat system. The principle is the same as you when you exercise dueling wizards or you are real confrontation: it is simply to avoid weak spells your opponent while sending a real fireworks in the face. These face-to-face are incredibly slow and inevitably drag. It is strange for a world in which just one stick is enough to disarm his opponent, if not to kill him. Finally this year is a bit special for Harry who takes the post of captain of the Quidditch team. The sport's most magical is therefore an important place in the game, unfortunately Quidditch phases are summarized in prosecution of Vif Or at the least managed. Add to that a crawl that loses its appeal, and developments that encourage more nap than admiration, and you get a bland title that is only by its relatively tenuous link with the marvelous world of JK Rowling
If the interior is sometimes quite successful, the external decorations are generally ugly and modeling of the characters very weak.The dubbing is sometimes improved, but the title is very well music. There are indeed pleased with the pieces of the film The use of sorts is still some minor issues of accuracy. Phases of Quiddich and duels are however totally irrelevant and you are likely to plunge quickly into a deep sleep.The scenario is totally incomprehensible to those who did not read the original book. The events follow very quickly and without the introduction so that a player uninitiated will find it hard to identify the different intrigues.
A player will rush a little less than five hours to reach the end of the adventure. You can still wander the halls of Hogwarts, but the experience is marred by the absence of a map.This sixth year at Hogwarts is finally not a very good year. We can be pleased to find freedom of movement that was the charm of the previous episode, but it must be recognized that the Half-Blood Prince is far from meeting the current requirements. It in fact outdated graphics and gameplay quite unattractive.
