    Presentation, bundle:
The product is contained in a briefcase with cardboard wrist.
We find the main features on the packaging.
The plate is fully protected between two blocks of polystyrene.
The bundle consists of a USB cable and an instruction manual.
NotePal The X1 is shaped like an X with beautiful lines and curves. Tout est finement marqué en noir. Everything is finely marked in black.
The surface is made of a thin metal grid which allows ventilation and the air from the ventilation.
The surface of the deposit is also normally slip so that the computer does not slip.
The X1 is NotePal steel grid and the hull and the peripheral parts and structures are made of plastic. Aluminum is always better in terms of cooling but steel give here a very nice design.

NotePal The X1 is designed for computers from 12 to 15.4.
Ergonomic design, Cooler Master Notepal X1 has the double advantage of being able to cool your laptop and provide a more comfortable to use. At the same time support and cooling solution, it has a finish and is compatible with most laptops 15 "wide-screen market. No hard and sharp curve. Tout est en rondeur et douceur. Everything is round and smooth.

    • Ergonomic design with 2 position settings for greater ease of use
    • 2 cooling modes: active (120 mm fan on) or passive (fanless, dissipation via the surface of the enamel Notepal X1)
    • Control the fan speed potentiometer
    • Anti-skid surface
    • 2 USB 2.0 ports
    • Quiet operation in active between 17 dB and 21 dB maximum

It is a 120mm fan that is at the origin of active cooling.
It is located in the center of the plate and completely surrounded by a plastic hull. This is a good thing because that avoids the light will take on things or the area where the plaque that is filed. Fresh air is sucked around the fan because the plate is cut to below that air can be drawn from below. This has been thought as many plates, the fan is completely coated on the surface of deposit, which offers very little air intake.

    Conclusion
    • Here the system is well conceived and should be effective.
    • The air then passes through the grid surface is scattered on the bottom of the computer.
    • Something very interesting, a knob to adjust the fan speed from 750 to 1500 RPM.
    • The knob is easily accessible since it lies at the bottom right.
    • We also greatly appreciate the presence of a power button easily accessible from behind right and operated by pressure.
    • It can turn off the ventilation at will with great simplicity and then back on the road according to its wishes.
    • The fan is powered by USB, but the plate is another USB port for not condemning port.
    • NotePal The X1 is equipped with two little feet to shrink slightly tilting the plate and get a more comfortable and convenient.
    • The feet have a greater inclination of 20 ° or less.
    • The plate is already inclined to the base.
    • The plate is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads very effective. The plate does not move at all on a flat surface.
