Using

The EEE PC 1000H has the following technical characteristics:

- Processor: Atom N270@1.6Ghz.
Then in fact you have a mobile technology consumption to almost nothing in energy resources (yes it employs technical words too!).

- RAM: 1024MB (1GB) DDR2.
That's the part that memory to go faster or slower data and software operating system (for the test we worked on Windows XP) from your brand new beautiful everything NETBOOK.

- Hard Drive: 160GB.
Capacity very honest if (I like that phrase) when using a computer to the Internet consultation. Basically it is possible on such a capacity to store some 5000 mp3. Not bad eh?

- Display: 10 inch (1024 x 600).
So that's the size of the screen which is about 25cm (2.5cm per inch, the calculation seems easy)

- Card Reader: Reader SDHC up to 16GB.
It can read SD / MMC cards and miniSD and microSD with SD adapter with a maximum capacity of 16GB. Useful when one is owning a digital camera with SD card.

- Networks: Map 10/100Mbps Ethernet, WiFi 802.11 B / G / N, Bluetooth.
So network level is a little party with all the standards of today, including the popular WiFi that allows any Internet possessor of a box to connect wirelessly. And wireless is the ball!

- Other: 3 USB ports, 1 VGA port, integrated 1.3Mp Webcam, audio connectors and microphone.
So all you need to connect accessories such as USB keys, keys 3, external hard drives, keyboards and USB mouse and so forth better. With the webcam you have a way to communicate more through the net with Windows Live or Skype.

Well now that you have reviewed the hard see the soft! (So I just said that the hardware we would now look to the side of software).

It's simple NETBOOK responds, and he answers even! Obviously the test took place on a machine freshly unpacked but even with intensive use our NETBOOK meets can not be better! It is a pleasure. Noted that the operating system pre-installed Windows XP now is contrary to the first 7-inch models that was Linux.

We do not come back on the use of XP that everybody knows. We concentrated on the comfort of using the EEE PC. Despite the fact that we are big users of portable, and therefore used the touchpad, we took a sacred time for us to adapt to the EEA integrated PC. Its size is too small and familiar user's touchpad "gigantic" mobile more upmarket likely to be quickly frustrated by the lack of readability of this one. After a period of adaptation, therefore, it happens but unfortunately it was still occasionally difficult to get rid of its old reflexes.

Level keyboard is same fight! It is much smaller than PCs larger and it is therefore difficult to adapt too. The buttons are too close together and there is a tendency to type texts which, in the end, neither head nor tail.

So, clearly, the big advantages of this NETBOOK is not in use long term but in the mobile use. I know I feel a big say but clearly many people think they can use this as a fixed pc. If you're one of the people who want to do this I say to you in the eye (I know it's not possible but it's your turn too!) For 50 to 100 euros more you can find computers more and more performance knowing that the EEE PC 1000H is around 400 euros.

If, against, you are a traveler and you love regularly check your mail or even if you are a globe trotter and you want to update your blog when you visit new countries, this PC is for you! With its SD card reader you can easily transfer your photos on the PC, you access the Internet easily with all the possibilities of connections available and the response time is very good that you can do all this quickly!

Conclusion

This new version tends to perfect, but nevertheless it may lack some size standard keyboard and touchpad. The screen resolution with a very correct one can display most of the pages you visit their full width but nevertheless it remains a bit on its end when you look at a video. So if you travel, jump at the chance if not better to invest in a PC largest to be fully satisfied!
