nvidia 8800 gt :- which one 2 buy

now i am building a mediocre gaming rig with da most efficient mid price range powerful graphics card available in da market.
now that i hv chosen da card i m quite confused which one 2 buy

i can either buy :-
gigabyte 8800gt oc edition (comes wid a zalman cooler)
msi 8800gt oc edition (some say it comes wid a zalman cooler too i dunno)
or just
non oc edition of msi 8800 gt or any other company u can preffer

(u may suggest frm EVGA or XFX)

plz give reasonable facts 2 support ur ans
or da pros & cons of some of da graphics card u know about
u can suggest some good links if they can help

plz people i dont wanna get wrong on dis

man thank you fer replying but sorry it was of no help as i want 2 choose one of the 8800 gt not to choose from the 8800gt & other cards.
