procedure

1) dial *678#
now u'll get a automated menu pop up

2) type 0
then press enter, u'll get more option for the menu

Now go on selecting till u get to the option helotune packs
there select the option for helotune 200/year and enter it
enjoy the helotune for 200/year from then

Note: You must 've balance of rs.200 in ur account
